  • Lemon juice - 2 tbs
  • Salt

Preparation:
1. Wash the leeks and cut into 2 cm pieces.
2. Pour oil into the bowl, put onion in an even layer on the bottom of the bowl, lightly salt. Add 1/2 multi-glass of water.
3. Cut halibut fillet into portions, season with salt, pepper and put on top of the onion.
4. Close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" mode , set the temperature to 140 ° С for 20 minutes. Do not stir during cooking. Take care not to burn the onions, add a little water if necessary.
5. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, pour the lemon juice over the fish and mix gently with the onion.
Tip:
Serve with the fish and onions on top of the lettuce.
