Turkey blanket - recipe
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) - 500 gr
- Shallot - 4 pcs
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Dry white wine - 1 glass
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Cream - 2 tbs
- Sage tsp
- Rosemary sprig
- Thyme tsp
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces (30–40 g).
2. Cut carrots and onions into pieces of the same size.
3. Put butter in a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 25 minutes.
4. Fry, stirring occasionally, the meat with vegetables. At the end of frying add wine and stir.
5. Add all the spices and salt, cream, mix thoroughly, close the lid and turn on the Simmer program, select the Pressure mode, set the time to 40 minutes. Serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
Note:
"Blanket" - French light meat stew. It is made from chicken, turkey or veal.
