  • Soy sauce - 5 gr
  • Sugar - 1 tbs

Dip chicken legs or wings in a mixture of starch, eggs, soy sauce and sugar. Place in the deep-frying basket and fry in hot vegetable oil on Deep-fry until the crust is golden and crispy. Remove the finished chicken from the basket, put it on paper towels to drain excess fat.
