• Soak 100 g of white bread in milk, after 10 minutes mix the bread and milk until smooth. Cut the butter into small pieces. Combine bread, minced meat and butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Cut the remaining bread into small cubes with a side of 0.5 cm and place them in the multicooker bowl for frying and grilling.
• Press the MENU button , select the FRY mode .
• Set the cooking time to 10 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• Fry the croutons, stirring occasionally.
• At the end of the program, place the croutons in a separate container and crush with the chopper of the hand blender.
• Form minced meat patties 5-6 cm in diameter and roll in the resulting breadcrumbs.
• Pour vegetable oil into the frying and grilling bowl and place the cutlets in it. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function , cooking time 15 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• Fry the cutlets on each side for 7 and 8 minutes, respectively, until golden brown.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode.
• Arrange patties on plates and garnish with fresh herbs to taste.
Tips
• Breadcrumbs, if desired, can be purchased ready-made.
• Since we are not adding an egg, the minced meat must be beaten off to keep it in shape. This is done as follows: throw part of the minced meat (1 cutlet) with force on the table, collect the minced meat, then throw it on the table with the other side. Repeat these movements 5-8 times.
