Multicooker firm: VITEK
VT-4205,VT-4215
Preparation:
Rinse lentils and soak in water for 3 hours. Put the bacon cut into small cubes in the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Browning" program for 25 minutes. When the bacon begins to melt, add finely chopped onion and fry lightly. Then add carrots grated on a coarse grater and finely chopped celery, stirring, sauté. At the end of the program, pour 1.5 liters of water into the bowl and start the Soup program for 1 hour. When the water boils, place the washed lentils, diced potatoes and sausage into the bowl. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, put bay leaf, pepper and salt. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
Tip:
Serve garlic croutons with the stew. To do this, cut the white bread into slices, grate with garlic, cut into cubes, and dry in the oven.
