  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Cream 33% - 1.6 l
  • Dried rosemary - 0.5 tsp

• Wash and peel vegetables, cut them into small cubes and place in the inner bowl of the multicooker.
• Add milk, water and salt. Add a whole sprig of rosemary.
• Wipe the outside of the inner bowl with a dry cloth. Place the bowl in a multicooker. Close the cover. Connect the multicooker to the mains - this should be done only after the device is fully prepared for use.
• Press the MENU button , select the SOUP mode. Press the COOK TIME button and use the + and - buttons to set the time to 35 minutes.
• Press the button "START" , the multicooker will automatically switch to the cooking mode
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound, and the device will switch to the heating mode, the display will show the heating duration. To turn off the heating mode, press the OFF / HEATING button .
• Using potholders, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker, add a sprig of rosemary, grind the soup until smooth with a blender and pour the soup into bowls. Using a blender with a whisk attachment, beat the cream for 1 minute until it forms a thick mass (similar in consistency to liquid sour cream), add to the dish and serve.
Tips
• Add less or more water depending on your preference for thickening soups. However, make sure that the total amount of food does not exceed the maximum ingredient mark on the inside of the bowl.
