Ingredients

  • Meat (fillet) - 300 gr
  • Water - 2 l
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Sorrel - 1 bundle
  • Egg - 4 pcs

• Rinse the meat, place in the multicooker bowl. Also add the whole onion (peeled).
• Tap the MENU button, select EXTEND .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• While the meat is cooking, peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes. Grate or chop carrots into small pieces. Rinse the sorrel thoroughly and chop.
• At the end of the STEW program , cut the meat into cubes.
• Put the meat, chopped potatoes into the multicooker bowl. Pour in broth and salt.
• Tap the MENU button, select EXTEND .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 45 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• After 30 minutes, add chopped sorrel and carrots, cook for another 10 minutes.
• Beat the eggs at the same time and 10 minutes after adding the sorrel and carrots, pour into the soup, stirring slowly. Cook for another 5 minutes until the end of the program.
• Pour the prepared soup into bowls, serve with sour cream and finely chopped fresh herbs.
Tips
• Before adding vegetables to the broth, you can strain it if desired.
• Add less or more water depending on your preference for thickening soups. However, make sure that the total amount of food does not exceed the maximum ingredient mark on the inside of the bowl.
• Instead of beef or pork, you can also make this soup with chicken or turkey.
• Together with or instead of sorrel, you can add young nettles to the soup.
• Optionally add 2-3 tablespoons to the soup. Rice (pre-rinse in a separate container) - at the stage of adding potatoes to the bowl.
• Beaten eggs make the soup thicker and more satisfying. However, you can also pre-boil them hard-boiled using the "BOIL" mode and add to the ready-made soup, cut into 2 or 4 pieces.
• Use a Philips hand blender or Philips Multi-slicer to cut and shred vegetables.

• Rinse the meat and cut it into cubes, place in the multicooker bowl, fill with water. Add the peeled onion.
• Press the MENU button , select the SOUP mode. Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour 20 minutes. Click the START button.
• While the meat is cooking, peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Grate or cut carrots into strips. Rinse the sorrel thoroughly and chop. After 40 minutes, add potatoes and carrots and season with salt. Leave to simmer for another 30 minutes. Add sorrel, lemon juice, pepper and finely chopped garlic 10 minutes before the end of the program. Close the lid and leave until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, pour the prepared soup into bowls, garnish with chicken or quail eggs. Serve with sour cream and finely chopped fresh herbs.
Tips
• This soup can be made without broth - just pour water into a multicooker, add potatoes and carrots, salt and follow the recipe. The cooking time in this case will be 40 minutes.
• Instead of chicken, you can make this soup with pork, beef or turkey.
• Use your Philips hand blender or multi-slicer to cut and shred vegetables.
• Optionally add 2-3 tbsp. L. rice - at the stage of adding potatoes to the bowl.
• Together with sorrel, or instead of it, you can add young nettles to the soup. You can also use spinach instead of sorrel and is available all year round. You can beat 2 raw eggs and pour into the soup, stirring gradually, 5 minutes before the end of the program. This will make the soup thicker and more satisfying.
