  • Sugar - 1 kg

Preparation:
1. Peel and seed the melon and cut into 1x1 cm cubes.
2. Place the melon cubes in a bowl, cover with sugar, stir.
3. Wait until the melon juices and the sugar dissolves.
4. Start the program "Multi-cook" , set the temperature to 120 ° C for 10 minutes.
5. When the program ends, stir and leave to cool under the lid (remember to turn off the keep warm mode).
6. When the jam has cooled down, repeat the cooking process again.
7. Pour the finished hot jam into sterilized jars immediately.
8. Close the jars with lids or parchment paper and tie with twine.

Preparation:

8. Close the jars with lids or parchment paper and tie with twine.
