Chicken skewers with natural yogurt sauce - recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken (breast) - 3 pcs
- Soy sauce - 3 tbs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice pcs
- Lemon zest pcs
- Yogurt - 150 gr
- Cucumbers - 0.25 pcs
- Basil tsp
- Salt
- Pepper

Chicken skewers with natural yogurt sauce Directions

Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Grate the cucumber, cut the basil into strips. Leave some small leaves for decoration.
3. Combine chicken in a bowl with soy sauce, butter, half lemon zest and juice, add salt and pepper.
4. Roast the chicken for 6-8 minutes on "Searing" mode.
5. For the sauce, combine natural yogurt, cucumber, chopped basil, leftover lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Season.
6. Cover each piece of chicken breast with a basil leaf and secure with a skewer. Serve with sauce.
Note: Yogurt starter can be purchased at any pharmacy.

1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Grate the cucumber, finely chop the basil greens. Leave a few basil leaves for decoration.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, oil, juice and zest of half a lemon, pepper and salt. Put chicken pieces into the mixture, mix well.
4. Place the chicken pieces in the bowl and turn on the Browning program. Fry the chicken, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes.
5. For the sauce, combine natural yogurt, cucumber, basil, remaining lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
6. On each piece of breast, put a leaf of basil, secure with a skewer. Serve the sauce separately.
