  • Chicken (offal) - 500 gr
  • Bulb onions - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Water - 0.25 glass
  • Sour cream - 4 tbs
  • Salt
  • Greenery - 1 bundle

Chicken giblets in sour cream sauce Directions

1. Cut the onion into strips, cut the giblets in half, chop the garlic.
2. Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with butter, add giblets, onions, garlic, salt and pepper, sour cream. Set the STEAMER / SOUP mode for 60 minutes.
3. Garnish with chopped herbs when serving.
