Ingredients

  • Seafood cocktail - 800 gr
  • Rice - 300 gr
  • Bulb onions - 50 gr
  • Butter - 30 gr
  • Tomatoes - 25 gr
  • Garlic - 4 gr
  • chicken broth - 300 ml
  • Dry white wine - 120 ml
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Risotto with seafood Directions

Chop the garlic, cut the tomatoes into 0.5 cm cubes. Put butter in a multicooker bowl, add rice and onion (whole). Press the Program selection button to set the FRYING program, and the Cooking time button to set 20 minutes. Press the Start button. Add wine (20 ml) 10 minutes before the end of the program. 8 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the onion, add broth, salt, spices and stir. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program. After the beep, press the Heat / Cancel button. Put the finished risotto in a separate container, then pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the Program selection button to set the FRYING program, Cooking time button to set 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Place the seafood in the bowl 10 minutes before the end of the program. Add wine, garlic, salt, spices and mix 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Cook until the end of the program, stirring with the lid open. Mix ready-made seafood with risotto. Add the diced tomato to the dish before serving.
