Ingredients

  • Bulgarian red pepper - 6 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 6 pcs
  • Smoked sausage - 400 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Parsley - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Lecho in Hungarian Directions

VT-4204

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the pepper into thin strips.
2. Cut the tomatoes and sausage into cubes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a bowl in "Frying" mode , fry the onion until golden brown.
4. Add peppers and sausage.
5. Close the lid and simmer on Extinguish for 25 minutes.
6. Add tomatoes to the bowl, salt to taste.
7. Beat eggs with a fork in a separate bowl, pour into the lecho, mix and heat for 4-5 minutes in the "Frying" mode .
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

4. Add peppers and sausage, fry together until the end of the program.
5. Add tomatoes to the bowl, salt to taste.
6. Close the lid and start the Extinguishing program for 30 minutes.
7. Beat eggs with a fork in a separate bowl, 10 minutes until ready, pour into the lecho and mix.
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Tip:
For spiciness, you can add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to lecho.

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the pepper into strips.
2. Cut the tomatoes and sausage into cubes.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 15 minutes. Fry the onions until golden brown.
4. Add peppers and sausage, fry together until the end of the program.
5. Add tomatoes to the bowl, salt to taste.
6. Close the lid and start the Extinguishing program for 30 minutes.
7. Beat eggs with a fork in a separate bowl, 10 minutes until ready, pour into the lecho and mix.
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Tip:
For spiciness, you can add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to lecho.
