Ingredients

  • Mixed minced meat - 500 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 8 pcs
  • Boiled rice) - 2 beaker
  • Egg (yolk) - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 200 gr
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Sour cream - 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbs
  • Water - 3 beaker
  • Salt
  • Pepper

COOKING METHOD
1. Finely chop one onion and garlic.
2. Add yolk, rice, salt, pepper, garlic to the minced meat and mix everything.
3. Fill the washed and peeled peppers with the prepared minced meat.
4. Chop carrots, onions into strips, put in a bowl, add sour cream and tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste and add water, mix.
5. Place the stuffed peppers tightly in the bowl, with the sharp side down. Close the lid of the multicooker. Use the "RIGHT / LEFT" buttons to select the program "STEWED MEAT" . Press the "START" button .
