Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 800 gr
  • Onion - 300 gr
  • Carrot - 300 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 300 gr
  • Corn - 200 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 1 beaker
  • Apple cider vinegar - 0.5 beaker
  • Sugar - 1 tbs
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Carnation - 2 pcs
  • Allspice (peas) - 3 pcs

Preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into slices, carrots into strips, onions into rings, peppers into long slices.
2. Prepare the dressing. To do this, pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add vinegar, sugar, salt and spices and turn on the Canning program for 30 minutes.
3. When the dressing boils, pour the vegetables into the bowl, close the lid. Stir the vegetables periodically until they settle and are completely submerged in the dressing. Boil until the end of the program.
4. Transfer the salad to clean jars, sterilize and roll up. Store in a cool, dark place.

Tip:
Unripe and green tomatoes are best for preparing this salad.
