Ingredients

  • White beans (dried) - 400 gr
  • Onion - 3 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Walnuts - 100 gr
  • Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbs
  • Cilantro tbs
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • Hmeli-suneli
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Red pepper (ground)
  • Salt

Preparation:
Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours or overnight. Then cook the beans in a slow cooker without salt, using the Cook program, until the beans are soft for about 40 minutes. Throw the cooked beans in a colander. Pour oil into a multicooker bowl, put finely chopped onion and turn on the "Frying" program for 25 minutes. While stirring, fry the onion until transparent. Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes and add to the bowl. Stir and continue frying until the end of the program, add vinegar at the end. Put beans and onions, coarsely chopped walnuts, finely chopped garlic, herbs and spices in a multicooker bowl. Add salt, stir and turn on the Simmer program for 30 minutes.
Tip:
To make your lobio look smart, use beans of different colors (but the same size).

VT-4209

Preparation:
1. Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours or overnight.
2. Then cook the beans in a slow cooker, without salt, using the Cooking / Vegetables program, until the beans are soft, about 40 minutes. Throw the cooked beans in a colander.
3. Pour oil into a bowl, add finely chopped onion and turn on the Fry / Vegetables program for 20 minutes. While stirring, fry the onion until transparent.
4. Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes and add to the bowl. Stir and continue frying until the end of the program, add vinegar at the end.
5. Put beans, coarsely chopped walnuts, finely chopped garlic, herbs and spices in a multicooker bowl.
6. Add salt, stir and turn on the Stew / Vegetables program for 30 minutes.

Preparation:

5. Add the tomatoes, stir and continue frying until the end of the program, at the end pour in the vinegar.
6. Place beans, walnuts, garlic, herbs and spices in a bowl.

Preparation:
1. Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours or overnight.
2. Before cooking, rinse the beans, place them in a bowl and add water so that the water level is about 2.5-3 cm above the beans.
3. Close the lid and turn on the Vegetable / Cooking mode for 1 hour. Boil the beans until soft. Throw the cooked beans in a colander.
4. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic. Chop the walnuts with a knife, not very finely. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
5. Pour oil into a bowl and turn on the Vegetables / Frying setting for 20 minutes. Put onion in well-heated oil and fry until transparent, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the tomatoes, stir and continue frying until the end of the program, at the end pour in the vinegar.
7. Place beans, walnuts, garlic, herbs and spices in a bowl. Add 1 multi-glass of water.
8. Season with salt, stir and turn on Vegetables / Stew for 30 minutes.
Tip:
The beans can be cooked until cooked in less or more time, depending on the variety. Control the cooking time of the beans, if necessary add 5-10 minutes to the set time during the cooking process.

VT-4222

Preparation:
1. Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours or overnight.
2. Before cooking, rinse the beans, place them in a bowl and add water so that the water level is about 2.5-3 cm above the beans.
3. Close the lid and turn on the Vegetable / Cooking mode for 1 hour. Throw the cooked beans in a colander.
4. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic. Chop the walnuts with a knife, not very finely. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
5. Pour oil into a bowl and turn on the Vegetables / Frying setting for 20 minutes. When the oil is well heated, add the onion and fry until transparent, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the tomatoes, stir and continue frying until the end of the program, at the end pour in the vinegar.
7. Place beans, walnuts, garlic, herbs and spices in a bowl. Add 1 multi-glass of water.
8. Season with salt, stir and turn on Vegetables / Stew for 30 minutes.
