Baked potatoes with gherkin dip - recipe

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • Cottage cheese - 150 gr
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tbs
  • Pickled gherkins - 7 pcs
  • Adyghe cheese - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)

1. Wash the potatoes, dry them, pierce them in several places with a fork. Each potato should be greased with olive oil, rubbed with salt and pepper.
2. Wrap each potato in foil and place on the bottom of the bowl. Set the mode "BAKING" for 40 minutes.
3. For dip - cut the gherkins into small cubes, mix with grated cheese and cottage cheese, add mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly - you should get a thick sauce.
4. Cut the baked potatoes crosswise, make indentations and lay out the resulting gherkin dip.
Tip:
If the mixture for the dip was too thick, then it can be diluted with pickle from gherkins.
