Pork with mushrooms - recipe
Ingredients
- Pork - 500 gr
- Champignons - 10 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
- Sour cream - 100 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the pork into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Peel the champignons and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the Pork / Roast setting for 30 minutes.
3. Put onion and garlic in well-heated oil and fry lightly, 5 minutes.
4. Add pork and continue frying until the meat is juiced.
5. Add the champignons and continue until the liquid has completely evaporated and the meat is lightly browned (until the end of the program).
6. Add 100 ml sour cream, 100 ml water, stir, close the lid and turn on the Pork / Stew mode for 20 minutes.
Tip:
When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
