Ingredients

  • Pork - 600 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pcs
  • Leek - 1 pcs
  • Rice - 2 beaker
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 0.5 beaker
  • Meat broth - 750 ml
  • Ground paprika - 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Serbian pork rice Directions

VT-4216

Preparation:
1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into large cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Pour half of the vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes. Fry the meat with vegetables.
3. Add paprika and tomato paste to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the meat broth and turn on the Stew program for 30 minutes.
4. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the leeks, peel, cut into rings. Rinse the rice and discard in a colander.
5. Mix pepper and leeks in a bowl, add a little salt, add the remaining oil, mix well.
6. Place vegetables and rice in a bowl, stir with meat and turn on the Pilaf program for 25 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
Tip:
It is better to use long grain rice for this dish.

4. Mix pepper and leeks in a bowl, add a little salt, add the remaining oil, mix well.
5. Put vegetables and rice in a bowl, mix with meat. Close the lid and turn on the "Pilaf" mode for 25 minutes. Do not stir during cooking.
6. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
Tip:
Long grain rice is best for this dish.
