Rinse ribs, dry, cut. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Place in a baking bag. Place the bag in a container-steamer. Cook with the "steam boil" program 1 hour
Tip:
After the end of cooking, put the ribs out of the bag onto a dish, sprinkle with herbs, serve with a side dish.
