Boiled pork Directions

Multicooker firm: VITEK

Preparation:
1. Wash the pork and put in a bowl. Pour water over the meat so that the water level is 2 cm higher than the meat. Peel the carrots and onions, wash the parsley.
2. Close the lid and turn on the Pork / Cooking mode for 1 hour 30 minutes.
3. When the broth is almost boiling, open the lid and carefully remove the foam. After boiling, boil the broth for about 5-7 minutes with the lid open, continuing to skim the foam. When foam stops forming, close the lid.
4. After an hour, add the peeled carrots and whole onions. Add parsley (set aside 2 parsley sprigs), allspice and bay leaf.
5. When it boils, season with salt to taste.
6. At the end of the program, remove the meat from the broth, cut into slices across the fibers, drizzle with the broth, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve the sauce separately (see Recipe "Sour cream sauce for boiled meat").
Tip:
Pickled vegetables or pickles are a good addition to boiled pork.
