Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) - 320 gr
  • Tomatoes - 350 gr
  • Zucchini - 220 gr
  • Bulb onions - 200 gr
  • Eggplant - 200 gr
  • Tomato paste - 100 gr
  • Chili pepper (green) - 15 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 20 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the beef. Peel the chili pepper from seeds. Chop the pepper and garlic with a knife. Cut the meat and vegetables into cubes of 1.5–2 cm. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add vegetable oil, tomato paste, salt, spices and mix thoroughly. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
serve with tortillas.
