Cut the meat into portions 1.5-2 cm thick, beat off, rub with salt and pepper, bread in finely chopped onion. Beat eggs, add flour and chopped garlic. Dip each piece into the prepared mixture. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program and fry the schnitzels on both sides until tender.
Tip:
Serve with fried potatoes and salad.
