  • Homemade mince - 320 gr
  • Trout (fillet) - 400 gr
  • Butter - 40 gr
  • Lemon - 20 gr
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fillet (without skin and bones) and cut into 2–2.5 cm cubes, cut the lemon into wedges. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter, put all the ingredients in it and mix. Close the lid, using the "Menu" button install the program "EXTINGUISHING" , by pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 25 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
Tip: garnish the trout with olives and olives before serving.
