Ingredients

  • Fish fillet - 300 gr
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Onion - 60 gr
  • Parsley (root) - 1 pcs
  • Flour - 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbs
  • Parsley - 1 tbs
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Salt
  • Bouillon - 3 beaker

COOKING METHOD
1. Salt, pepper and cut the fish in portions.
2. Chop the onion, carrot and parsley root into small strips.
3. Pour 3 measuring glasses of water into the bowl. Place a steam plate and place the fish on it.
4. Select the "RIGHT" buttons , "LEFT" the program "STEAMER" , set the time 30 minutes and the 2nd temperature level. Press the "START" button .
5. After cooking, lay out the fish and strain the broth. Tomato sauce:

7. Use the buttons "RIGHT" , "LEFT" to select the program "FRY" , set the time 5 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the CLOSED position. Toast with the lid open. Press the "START" button .
8. Fry onions and carrots. Add tomato paste and fry a little.
9. Pour the broth, add butter, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
10. Before serving, put the fish on a dish, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with herbs
