Preparation:
1. Rinse the cabbage and disassemble into inflorescences.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into a bowl. Place the cabbage in the steaming tray and place the tray in the bowl.
3. Close the lid and run the Steam program for 20 minutes.
4. Purée the boiled cabbage with a blender, adding butter and salt to taste. Optionally, you can add 1 tsp. sweet mustard.
Tip:
Serve as a side dish for meat dishes. Suitable for baby and diet food.
