  • Potatoes - 600 gr
  • Tilapia (fillet) - 150 gr
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Butter - 10 gr
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Salt

Rinse the tilapia fillet, rub with salt, cut the potatoes into 4 pieces. Put potatoes in a multicooker bowl, add water, add salt. Place the container steamer in the multicooker bowl, put the fish in it. Close the lid. Use the Menu button to select the PAR program. Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour. Press the Start / Heat button. Cook until the end of the program. After the end of cooking, put the fish on a plate, put the potatoes in a separate container, add butter, egg, beat with a blender until puree.
Tip: put a piece of butter on the finished dish and garnish with a sprig of fennel.
