Pour kefir into the multicooker bowl, close the lid. Using the button "Menu" install the program "SOUP - STEWING" . By pressing the button "Cooking time" set the time to 15 minutes. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program. Then open the lid and add cottage cheese to the milk. Stir until smooth. Close the lid and leave on Warm Up for 10 minutes. Moisten clean cheesecloth in cold water, fold in 2 layers and cover a colander with it. Pour the hot curd mass into a colander, let the whey drain completely. Tie gauze tightly and hang the mass over the sink to drain excess liquid. When the whey is drained, transfer the curd to a separate container.
Tip: Serve curd with raisins.
