Ingredients

  • Cream 33% - 2 beaker
  • Yogurt - 1 beaker
  • Sugar - 2 tbs
  • Vanilla essence - 0.25 tsp
  • Gelatin - 8 gr
  • Honey - 0.5 beaker
  • Salt - 0.12 tsp
  • Mint tbs

Yoghurt panna cotta with honey Directions

1. Prepare homemade yogurt (see Natural Yogurt Recipe).
2. Soak gelatin in cold water (100 ml) until swelling.
3. Pour cream into a bowl and turn on the “Multipovar” mode, set the temperature to 95 ° С and the time for 5 minutes. Bring the cream to a boil, but do not boil, add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. When the sugar is completely dissolved, pour the swollen gelatin into the bowl, stir.
4. Mix natural yoghurt thoroughly with honey and salt.
5. Strain the cream through a fine sieve and mix with the yoghurt mixture. Beat the mixture with a mixer.
6. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
7. Remove the finished panna cotta from the molds onto dessert plates.
TIP: When serving, sprinkle with liquid honey and garnish with mint leaves.
