1. Pour milk into the multicooker bowl and bring to a boil on the STEAMER mode.
2. Install the program "YOGURT" for 5.5 hours.
3. Add sour cream to the milk, mix well and close the lid of the multicooker.
4. Turn on the "WARMING" program and leave the mixture in the bowl overnight.

SC-411

1. Pour milk into the multicooker bowl and bring to a boil on the Steamer mode, then switch to the "Yogurt" mode for 5.5 hours.
2. Wait until it cools down (up to 40 degrees).
3. Add sour cream to the milk, mix well, close the lid and leave in the multicooker bowl overnight.
