Ingredients

  • Chicken hearts - 250 gr
  • Rice (polished) - 180 gr
  • Bulb onions - 80 gr
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Garlic - 20 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Water - 230 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the rice until clear water. Rinse the hearts, along with the garlic, cut lengthwise into two parts, chop the onion into thin strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put the hearts, onions and carrots in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Put the rice on top and smooth with a spatula. Spread garlic evenly on the rice, add water. Close the lid, use the Program selection button to set the PLOV program. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
Tip: add cumin and saffron to pilaf for a richer taste.
