Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper - 1500 gr
  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Carrot - 200 gr
  • Garlic - 50 gr
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Parsley - 15 gr
  • Dill - 15 gr
  • Chilli - 7 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 90 ml
  • Vinegar 9% - 50 ml
  • Salt

Pass the tomatoes and carrots through a meat grinder. Chop dill, parsley, garlic, chili with a knife. Peel the bell pepper from the core and seeds, cut into rings. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar, mix everything thoroughly. Close the lid. Set the STEWING program, cooking time 1 hour. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program. Lecho is ready for conservation.
