Ingredients

  • Beef - 120 gr
  • Potatoes - 150 gr
  • White cabbage - 70 gr
  • Bulb onions - 30 gr
  • Carrot - 30 gr
  • Beet - 60 gr
  • Tomato paste - 30 gr
  • Garlic - 2 gr
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Greenery
  • Salt
  • Spice

Borscht Directions

Multicooker firm: REDMOND

RMC-01

Rinse the meat. Cut the beef, onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into 0.5x3 cm strips. Chop the garlic and herbs with a knife. Put beef, onions, beets, cabbage, carrots and potatoes in a multicooker bowl, add water. Add tomato paste, salt, spices and stir. Close the lid. Using the Menu button, select the SOUP-STEWING program. Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour and 20 minutes. Press the Start / Heat button. Cook until the end of the program. Add garlic, herbs to the finished borscht and mix.
Advice: serve garlic donuts to the borscht.

RMC-011

Rinse the meat. Cut the beef, onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into 0.5x3 cm strips. Chop the garlic and herbs with a knife. Put beef, onions, beets, cabbage, carrots and potatoes in a multicooker bowl, add water. Add tomato paste, salt, spices and stir. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP / STEWING" . Press the button "Setting / Timer" , then by pressing the buttons "Hour" and "Min" set 1 hour 20 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program. Add garlic, herbs to the finished borscht and mix.
Tip:
Serve the borsch with garlic donuts.

RMC-02

Rinse the meat, cut it together with onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into strips of 0.5x3 cm. Put all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add water, add salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP - STEWING" , then pressing the button "Cooking time" set the time to 1 hour. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program.
