Heat the milk a little, pour it into a deep bowl and break two eggs there. Whisk, add vegetable oil and sugar, beat again. Start adding the sifted flour in small portions. Whisk into the pancake dough, which should be smooth without lumps. You can use a mixer. Quench the soda in a spoon and add to the dough. Stir well again. The dough should be of such consistency that it should pour into the bowl in a thin stream. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Turn on the Pancake mode, heat the bowl with butter, scoop up some dough with a ladle and pour in exactly in the middle of the bowl. Twirl the bowl in your hands, spreading it out. Lift up and rotate in a circular motion. The dough should spread evenly along the bottom, filling the entire space. Bake with the lid closed for 3 minutes on each side. On average, it takes 6-7 minutes to fry one pancake. Therefore, set the approximate time to 1 hour.
