Ingredients
- Flour - 2.5 beaker
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 beaker
- Brown sugar - 0.5 beaker
- Honey - 2 tbs
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Butter - 3 tbs
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Vanilla essence tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Honey gingerbread Directions

1. Dissolve honey and sugar in 1 multi-glass of warm water.
2. Mix flour with soda and cinnamon, stir in softened butter in the flour. Add water with honey and sugar and vanilla essence.
3. Knead thoroughly with a mixer - the dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
4. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil, pour the dough into the bowl and turn on the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.
TIP:
Optionally, add some coarsely chopped walnuts to the dough.
