Ingredients

  • Leek - 100 gr
  • Butter - 1 tbs
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 gr
  • Cheese - 50 gr
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Cream 33% - 200 ml
  • Potatoes - 8 pcs
  • Nutmeg - 0.25 tsp
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (peas)
  • Thyme

Potato gratin with cheese crust Directions

1. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.
2. Cut the potatoes into thin rings, the white part of the leek into thin strips. Put in a slow cooker together with salt, pepper, nutmeg, thyme, Parmesan and Gruyere cheese, pour in the cream. Set aside for 10 minutes to soak the dish.
3. Set the BAKING / FRYING mode for 40 minutes.

1. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.
2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, the white part of the leek into thin strips, grate the cheese. Put the potatoes in layers in a multicooker bowl along with the rest of the ingredients, pour in the cream. Set aside for 10 minutes to soak the dish.
3. Set the mode "BAKING" for 40 minutes.
