- Bulb onions - 250 gr
- Apples are green - 200 gr
- Water - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 70 ml
- Honey - 30 gr
- Soy sauce - 10 ml

Rinse and dry the liver. Cut onion into strips, apples into slices. Pour oil into the bottom of the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 30 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the onion in a bowl and fry until golden brown for 10 minutes. Then add the liver and fry for 10 minutes. Add chopped apples, spices, honey, soy sauce, sour cream. Close the lid, do not close the valve, cook until the end of the program.
