Baked meat - recipe
Ingredients
- Pork (neck) - 1500 gr
- Olive oil - 5 tbs
- Soy sauce - 4 tbs
- 4 Pepper Mill Mix pcs
- "Dijon" mustard with grains - 4 tbs
- Garlic - 5 clove
- Salt - 10 gr
- For serving:
- Lettuce leaves - 10 pcs
- Sweet pepper - 5 pcs
- Tomatoes - 5 pcs
- Cucumbers - 5 pcs

Baked meat Directions

1. Pierce a piece of pork neck with a sharp knife. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
2. Combine olive oil with soy sauce, mustard and minced garlic (use an OURSSON blender!).
3. Marinate the meat overnight.
4. Place a piece of meat in a multicooker pot.
5. Cook with the lid open on HOT .
6. After 20 minutes, turn the meat over and close the lid.
7. Cook until you hear a beep.
8. Place the meat on a plate of lettuce, garnish with chopped fresh vegetables and serve.
