Chop the onion and parsley (you can use a blender). Wash the seahorse and celery root, peel and cut into strips. Stir all the vegetables. Cut the fish fillet into portions, season with salt and pepper. Pour a small amount of crucible oil into the bowl of a multicooker and put the fish pieces, alternating with chopped vegetables, and bay leaf. To make tomato sauce, grind the tomatoes with a blender, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and pour the tomato sauce over the fish and vegetables. Cook on the Stew program for 40 minutes.
