Mix the minced meat, egg, pre-soaked white bread, chopped onion, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Form small balls and place in the multicooker bowl. To prepare the sauce, mix equal amounts of tomato paste, flour, sour cream and mayonnaise. If the sauce is thick, you can dilute it with the required amount of boiled water. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook on the Stew program for 40 minutes.
Tip:
Boiled pasta, rice or other cereals are served as a side dish to the meatballs.
