Peel onions, carrots. Rinse the shank well, put in a multicooker bowl, add carrots, onions, garlic, seasonings. Pour water to cover the contents. Cook on the program "Simmering" 5 hours. Then remove the meat from the multicooker, separate the pulp from the bones. Strain the broth.
