Peel onions, carrots. Rinse the shank well, put in a multicooker bowl, add carrots, onions, garlic, seasonings. Pour water to cover the contents. Cook on the program "Simmering" 5 hours. Then remove the meat from the multicooker, separate the pulp from the bones. Strain the broth. Arrange the meat in special molds, decorate with carrots, herbs, add finely chopped garlic if desired, pour broth and refrigerate for several hours to harden.
