Cut the beef into portions and in a multicooker bowl, fry in a little vegetable oil on the Baking or Frying program for a few minutes. Deactivate the Baking / Frying program . Put chopped onion, cabbage in a bowl, pour in broth, add salt, pepper, tomato puree and chopped herbs. Cook on the Stew program for 2-2.5 hours.
