- Eggplant - 500 gr
- Tomatoes - 300 gr
- Onion - 200 gr
- Sweet pepper - 200 gr
- Garlic - 3 clove

Cut all the vegetables into large pieces and put them in the multicooker bowl. Pour in some vegetable oil. Cook vegetables using the Stew program for 1 hour. Drain the resulting liquid, and grind the vegetables with a blender with the addition of salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic, chili and olive oil.
