Cut the eggplants, salt. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, chop them (you can use a blender). Grate the carrots, chop the Bulgarian pepper. Place all vegetables in a multicooker bowl, season with salt and pepper. Cook on the STEWING mode for 1 hour. Then add the garlic. (If there is a lot of liquid, turn on the "FAST" function for a few minutes.)
