Risotto in Milanese - recipe
Ingredients
- Rice - 400 gr
- chicken broth - 1.2 l
- Parmesan cheese - 50 gr
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs
- Leek - 100 gr
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Saffron
- Tomatoes - 100 gr
- Butter - 120 gr
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Dry white wine - 200 ml
- Parsley - 20 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spice

Risotto in Milanese Directions

• Chop the onions, garlic and leeks.
• Place in a multicooker bowl with butter and olive oil.
• Tap the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 12 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Rinse the rice in a separate container (rinse until the water becomes clear).
• After 8 minutes of cooking the onions and garlic, add the rice and sauté it with vegetables until the end of the program.
• Pour in broth and white wine, stir.
• Press the MENU button to install the EXTENDED program.
• Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• After 10 minutes add saffron and parsley, stir.
• Serve the finished dish sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
Tips
• It is recommended to use special rice for risotto. If you are using a different type of rice, increase the stewing time from 20 to 30 minutes, and add the saffron and parsley 15 minutes after starting the stew.
• Optionally, you can skip the onions.
