  • Potatoes - 5 pcs
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Grated cheese - 2 tbs
  • Pepper pcs
  • Salt pcs

Peel potatoes boiled in their skins, chop them with a blender or pass through a special press.
Add a tablespoon of butter, eggs, flour, a part of grated cheese, ground pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly.
Divide the prepared mass into dumplings.
Pour water into the multicooker bowl.
Place a steamer container in a bowl and brush with butter or margarine.
Place the dumplings and cook on the Steaming program for 15-20 minutes.
Tip:
Transfer the finished dumplings to a deep frying pan or ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, drizzle with melted butter and place in the oven for a few minutes.
