- Eggplant - 800 gr
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Olive oil - 120 ml
- Tomato chutney - 3 tbs
- Water - 200 ml
- Salt pcs

Cut the unpeeled eggplant in half lengthwise. Place the eggplants in a multicooker container, skin side down.
Add water, olive oil and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Open the cover. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the eggplant pulp along with the skin. Toss with tomato chutney.
Add spices to taste.
Caviar can be seasoned with various types of tapenade and served on toasted bread.
