Ingredients

  • Carrot - 250 gr
  • Red onion - 1 pcs
  • Apples are green - 400 gr
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Butter - 25 gr
  • Salt pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs

Peel and chop carrots and onions. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the onions and carrots on the Frying or Baking program for 5 minutes. Peel the apples and cut into slices, removing the core. Add to a slow cooker, sprinkle with sugar. Pour in 600 ml of water and cook on the Soup program for 10 minutes. Turn off the program and grind the contents with a blender. Season the finished soup with salt to taste, stir and leave on the heating for 10-15 minutes.
