• Wash tomatoes, peel and chop finely.
• Wash the beef and cut into 4 equal pieces. Hit each bite well with a cooking hammer.
• Chop the garlic and herbs finely.
• Pour half the oil into the multicooker bowl for frying and grilling, add tomatoes, garlic and herbs, stir well. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function , cooking time 15 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• Cook, stirring occasionally.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode.
• Transfer the contents to a blender bowl and blend until smooth.
• Pour the remaining oil into the multicooker bowl for frying and grilling. Salt and pepper the meat and put it in a bowl. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" mode , set the cooking time to 15 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• Cook the meat on both sides for 7 and 8 minutes, respectively.
• At the end of the program, place the meat in bowls, top with tomato sauce and serve.
Tips
• Beef tenderloin is the best choice for tender meat.
• It is best to choose meat from young cattle. The most valuable is the meat of 20-month-old, well-fed animals. It is easily recognized by its rich red color.
• To easily peel tomatoes, remove the core with the tip of a knife, then make a criss-cross cut on the outside of the fruit from the top to almost the bottom.
