• Salt and pepper the fish. Cut the vegetables into rings, disassemble the crab meat into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl, lay fish, onion rings, crabs and tomatoes in layers.
• Press the MENU button and select FRY . Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes.
• Press the START button.
• Prepare the sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour in a 1: 1 ratio, stir vigorously with a fork until the mixture turns into a smooth "dough", the mixture should turn golden. Then add the milk to make a sauce like a low-fat sour cream. Continue to stir vigorously with a whisk or fork so that no lumps remain in the sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir again.
• Press the MENU button to select the OVEN mode. Press the button "TEMP." and using the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking temperature to 140 ° C. Press the button COOKING TIME and then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Click the START button.
• After 10 minutes, gently spread the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Cook until the end of the program with the lid closed.
• After cooking, sprinkle with herbs and cool.
Tips
• If desired, you can substitute shrimp or crab sticks for crabs. Or not add at all.
• This dish does not need to be sprinkled with cheese. However, you can add cheese directly to the creamy sauce.
• You can use the fish you like best. The main thing is to choose not very fatty fish, otherwise the dish will be heavy.
