Ingredients

  • Meat (fillet) - 300 gr
  • Pearl barley - 1 glass

On the "FRYING VEGETABLES" mode , fry the onions and carrots until golden brown. Add tomato paste and chopped cucumbers and fry a little more. Next, place the meat, well-washed barley and chopped potatoes. Add brine, add water to the desired density. Turn on the mode "EXTINGUISHING" for 2.5 hours. At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, spices, bay leaf and let stand for 5 minutes.

Fry the chopped onions and carrots on the "FRY" mode , then add the tomato paste and chopped cucumbers. Fry a little more. Then place the meat, well washed barley, chopped potatoes. Add brine, add water to the desired density. Turn on the mode "SOUP" for 2.5 hours. At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, spices, bay leaf if necessary and let stand for another 5 minutes. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Turn on the mode "FRIED" and fry the onions and carrots until golden brown. Add tomato paste, chopped cucumbers and fry a little more. Next, place the chopped meat, well washed barley and chopped potatoes. Add brine, add water (3 liters). Switch on the mode "SUP" for 20 minutes under high pressure. At the end of cooking, add pepper, spices, bay leaf and let stand for another 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

Add brine, add water. Switch on the mode "SOUP / STEW" 40 minutes under high pressure. At the end of cooking, add pepper, spices, bay leaf and let stand for another 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
